FRESH HOSTS RELAUNCH LONDON FETISH WEEKEND FOR APRIL 2026

After a decade-long hiatus, the legendary London Fetish Weekend brand is to make a comeback next year under new management. Madame Caramel (above right) and Mistress Tess (left) have just announced that they’ve joined forces to revive the three-day event, and have set the dates for this as April 3-5 2026.

It’s no coincidence that they chose the week of the German Fetish Ball in Berlin to make their announcement. The LFW revival was being actively promoted to the Berlin crowd, and no doubt Alexandra Houston, in Berlin overseeing Charmskool’s debut at the German Fetish Fair, would surely also have been doing her bit to spread the word, as Charmskool has been signed up to run the new London Fetish Weekend’s fetish fair.

The initial publicity about the LFW’s return describes organisers Caramel and Tess as “two passionate figures dedicated to celebrating and elevating the fetish community”, whose “expertise and vision” promises to make the London Fetish Weekend “bigger, bolder and more inclusive than ever before”.

They have certainly made a promising start with their brand new website for the event. It boasts a clean design with concise and accessible texts covering the basic information a relaunch like this must get across to the fetish businesses and enthusiasts who represent its target audience.

The website’s home page itemises the new London Fetish Weekend’s proposed main content categories: workshops, fetish fair, fetish parties, femdom experience, fetish catwalk, playrooms and chill zones. However, the detail available under most of these headings at the moment is pretty scant.

If the initial website comes across as more of a wish list, that’s because that’s pretty much what it is. As presented, it’s an outline of an event that is yet to be filled with much solid content apart from the promised Charmskool-hosted fair. At this point, we know that the planned programme will feature that fair on Friday and Saturday, along with a Friday night meet & greet; a Friday night fetish party; and a Saturday fetish ball. Nothing has yet been announced for the Sunday.

Except for the meet & greet taking place in “a London hotel” and Shoreditch being given as a general location for other events, no venues have yet been announced for any of the individual events within the programme, let alone any shows, sponsors, performers, models etc.

So it seems prudent to view the current website content as a prospectus whose primary purpose at this point is as a statement of intent, with which the hosts hope to attract the sort of offers of business partnerships and creative participations that are needed to flesh out the present skeletal structure. But we all have to start somewhere — right?

To give the two hosts credit, they are being totally upfront about this. For example, the site’s Media page is headlined “Seeking media access, collaborators & creatives” and beneath this they outline the individuals being sought: experienced fetish photographers and videographers; experienced DJs (all genres); fetish models (all backgrounds, genders and sizes); and extra hands to support the event over its three days.

The site’s Sponsoring Packages page is equally upfront about the three levels of sponsorship on offer: Main Event sponsor — £3,500; Fetish Fair sponsor — £2,500; and Meet & Greet sponsor — £1,500. Getting sponsors onboard ASAP is a sensible aim, but aiming to sell event tickets before you can provide any information at all about the events, other than the ticket prices, does look a bit ambitious.

This blog has, on more than one occasion, quoted what Torture Garden, the world’s biggest fetish event organiser, has reported about the change in people’s ticket-buying habits since the pandemic (and this includes its experience co-hosting the Le Boutique Bazaar pop-up shopping events).

TG’s experience — which it claims is echoed by what other fetish event promoters also say — is that people are leaving it later and later to decide whether to splash their cash on any given event. It’s one thing to be running a big annual event like German Fetish Ball Weekend, which is so well established that some people do book for it as much as a year in advance.

But with a totally new fetish weekend (albeit one with a familiar name) being planned for as far as ten months into the future, and by new organisers, people might just want to wait for a few more of the gaps in its programme detail to be filled before they commit.

However, for those happy to book already, the following tickets are on offer right now via TicketTailor:
VIP Ticket Single (all events) £130 + £4.50 booking fee
VIP Ticket Couple (all events) £240 + £4.50 fee
Fetish Market (Friday) £15 + £1.25 fee
Fetish Market (Saturday) £15 + £1.25 fee
Fetish Party (Friday) £40 + £1.40 fee
Fetish Ball (Saturday) £65 + £0.00 fee.
