Terms and Conditions

Payment is due with order - either by credit card or cheque (payable to LIBIDEX LTD). We will not commence work on an order before receipt of payment.

During busy sale periods, orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Insured Postage and packing cost will be added to all orders at the appropriate rate, unless otherwise requested.

Please ask about our ‘Rapid Order’ service – if you need it urgently, we can usually help!

Important notice: For international orders the ‘Rapid Order’ time is valid once we have made your bank credit card, billing and shipping address checks. This can take up to 72 hours, so please bear this in mind when placing a ‘Rapid Order’. Once all checks are complete your order will then be processed.

LIABILITY

While we make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, we cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss or damage caused by errors on the site.

We would of course appreciate it if you let us know about any mistakes you happen to spot!


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the garments you have ordered suffer from manufacturing defects or are not what you ordered, we will replace them free of charge, provide a credit note for goods to the same value, or refund your money. We cannot offer cash refunds on garments in any other circumstances, but may at our discretion offer an exchange or credit note.
Manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. Click here for advice on care of latex

We cannot offer refunds for Made to Order garments. This is because such garments are made to order to the customer's specification and it is very difficult for us to re-sell them. LatexEXPRESS items may be returned for any reason for a full refund within 7 days of you receiving them from us.

In order to facilitate the exchange or return of any item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept items that have been damaged through improper handling and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn other than tried on. Unworn items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund as long as it’s in its original condition. We are unable to exchange items that have been altered, chlorinated or treated in any way.

Please contact us before returning items. We strongly advise you to use Registered Post or Signed-For Delivery or equivalent, as we cannot exchange your garments if they get lost in the post. Items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.

DO NOT USE YOUR OWN PRODUCTS TO POLISH/LUBRICATE THE GARMENTS BEFORE YOU HAVE TRIED THEM ON FIRST.

Important note: when returning goods from outside the EU, please indicate clearly on your customs declaration that the goods are being returned for repair or refund / exchange, otherwise duty may be payable. Goods with incorrect customs declarations will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 7 days of placing it. Cancellations are subject to a 20% administration charge for standard items.
