MADE TO ORDER : During the busy sale period, Made to Order items may take up to 4 WEEKS to complete, and Made to Measure items up to 6 weeks. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will endeavour to get it to you on time. For Made to Order items, you can use our Rapid Order Service to guarantee fast despatch. During LatexEXPRESS sales, items may take up to 5 days to despatch, depending on the volume of orders. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery - though we will generally get things to you faster than that.

Our delivery charges are based on insured Royal Mail special delivery, and reflect the size, weight, value and destination of the consignment. Please note that when consignments are delivered in the UK, they have to be signed for. If you need delivery at a specific time, please let us know.
If you wish us to use a courier service, we will send your order by our own couriers - at extra cost. We cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery or damage to goods in transit due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please note that we do not arrange delivery on customers’ behalf using customers’ own courier accounts. If you wish to use your own courier, you must arrange collection and delivery directly with them yourself.
All Libidex garments are hand-made to order and customised according to your requirements. We do not keep garments in stock (except at our shop, Liberation), so all garments ordered through our website are made from scratch. This may sometimes mean that they may take a little longer to make than usual if we are waiting for supplies of raw materials, or if we have a particularly full order book.
While we will do everything we can to get your order to you within a reasonable time, we are sometimes at the mercy of circumstances beyond our control, so we ask for your understanding. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Because our goods are customised and made to order, we are not obliged to offer refunds if we are not able to deliver by a specified date. Please refer to section 3.5 of our full Terms & Conditions.
Shipping Abroad
We can ship your order to anywhere in the world. We will normally send your order by registered / insured post, but if you want it quickly, we can arrange for a courier service such as Fedex or UPS (at extra cost). Postage is based on the weight of your order and will be calculated when you place it..

If you do need your order in a hurry, please add the ‘Rapid Order’ service to your order. We will confirm availability of the service once we receive your order. Remember this is not necessary for Instant Orders, since they are despatched within 3 working days without extra charge.
Please note that 'Rapid Order' charges are based on the original pre-sale price NOT the sale price.
Our ‘Rapid Order’ options are as follows:
Silver Rapid - 25% Extra Despatched within 6 working days.
Gold Rapid - 35% Extra Despatched within 3 working days.
Platinum Rapid - 45% Extra Despatched the next working day.
Despatch times will be calculated from the day of receipt provided they are placed and paid for in full* on that day by 2.00pm UK time. E.g. if you place your Platinum ‘Rapid Order’ order before 2.00pm on Monday, then it will be despatched from our workshop on Tuesday (the next day). If we receive it after 2.00pm on Monday, then despatch time will be calculated from the next day (Tuesday) and the order will be despatched on Wednesday. But if in doubt please call us - we may be able to make an exception!
*We always verify credit card payments before accepting orders. Please note that, in some circumstances, this can take up to 72 hours, especially for overseas cards.
Please note that the above services are subject to availability, and that we undertake only to despatch (but not deliver) goods within the time specified. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. |
