Latex Clothing made for you

FAQ's

Can I exchange my garment if it's the wrong size?

Yes - if say you've ordered a size small and actually you need a medium, we will exchange it free of charge for you; but we will only replace it with the same style of garment (so if you ordered a Seduction Catsuit, we’ll send you another Seduction Catsuit in a different size). You must also return the original garment to us. If you are returning an item for exchange, you must pay for the postage, and we strongly recommend you return goods to us using Registered Post or Signed-For delivery, or the equivalent. We cannot exchange your garment if the original item goes missing in the post.

What thicknesses are Libidex garments made in?

We use different thicknesses of latex, depending on the garment. As a guide, these are the thicknesses we make our best-sellers in:

Catsuits 0.40mm
Hoods 0.40mm
Stockings 0.25mm
Shirts 0.50mm
Jeans 0.80mm
Dresses 0.50mm
Tops 0.50mm
Leggings 0.40mm
Tights 0.25mm
Gloves 0.40mm
Corsets 3.10mm

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We can accept any changes you want to make to your order up to 7 days after you've placed it, but after that, when the order is in production, we can't make any more changes. We cannot accept change to Rapid Service orders once they have been placed.

Can I add to an existing order?

No, once an order has been placed on the website and processed, we can't accept any additional items on that order. If you want to order additional items, please place another order.

What latex do you use to make Libidex garments?

We use our own brand of latex sheeting called Radical Rubber. This is manufactured to our own specification in Malaysia (where all the best latex comes from!) and is of comparable quality to other makes of fashion-grade latex sheeting.

How can I be sure latex garments are going to fit me?

We make garments in a range of different standard sizes from XXS to 4XL - you can see what these sizes are in terms of measurements by going to our size chart. These standard sizes will fit most people. However, if you want us to make latex garments to your own measurements, we offer a Made to Measure and Made to Fit service. You can send us your own measurements by email using our made-to-measure form after you have ordered, or you can come to our shop or workshop for a fitting (where we take your measurements for you). Our Made to Measure Service costs 40% extra on the full retail price; the Made to Fit Service is 80% extra.

How long will it take to exchange and does it cost me anything?

If you exchange a Made to Order garment, then we have to remake it. We will normally do this within 30 days, but at busy times it may take us a bit longer. The only cost to you will be to pay the postage to us and from us.

Is there any way you can make my order more quickly?

Yes - we have a Rapid Service where for an extra fee we can prioritise your order, and despatch it to you in 10 working days. This service costs 25% extra, calculated on the full retail cost of the garment (so not 25% of any sale or discount price). This service may not be available at very busy times.

Can I try on LatexEXPRESS garments before I buy them?

You can go to our Covent Garden, London boutique Liberation, where there is a good selection of Libidex latex garments for you to try.

What is Latex Allergy?

Latex Garments are produced from Natural Rubber Latex (NRL). NRL is an integral part of thousands of everyday consumer and healthcare items. The proteins contained within NRL can cause allergic reactions to Latex. More than 40,000 products used in homes, schools and medical settings contain latex, including common items such as: condoms, rubber bands, balloons, surgical and examination gloves, clothing elastic, etc. Latex allergy, or hypersensitivity, occurs when the body's immune system reacts to proteins found in NRL. Some individuals have specific antibodies, called IgE antibodies, that make them hypersensitive to the proteins in NRL. Although we take great care to use latex sheeting that has been ‘leached’ to a high level, to remove the proteins to a legally acceptable standard, the onus is on you the consumer to ensure that you do not have this problem prior to purchasing or wearing latex clothing. (Please note, that in over 25 years of our company selling latexwear we have never received any complaints of allergy caused by our clothing.)
